Hi all, My forum at http://www.blackcountrygob.com was launched in January of this year. It has , over the past few days changed from a zero to 1/10 on Google page ranks but what does this actually mean? Is it a good thing, is it a bad thing, does it mean anything?

I’m new to this whole webmaster thing and have been struggling to promote the group and build ity but things eeem to be going ok so far. Anyone who wants to take a lok and advise on any way to better the site please feel free.
